Trademark Policy
The trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively, the "Trademarks") displayed below are registered and unregistered trademarks of M/s Institution of Valuers (IOV). Nothing on this site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed without the written permission of M/s Institution of Valuers or the third party that may own the Trademarks displayed. Misuse of the Trademarks displayed, or any other content on this site, except as provided herein, is strictly prohibited.
Institution of Valuers / IOV (name and logo) are registered trademarks of M/s Institution of Valuers (IOV). Unauthorized use of the IOV and its logo is strictly prohibited. The logo may not be reproduced, distributed, or displayed without express written permission from the IOV.
Usage Permission
The brand may only be used in its official form and must not be altered, modified, or distorted in any manner. Any use of the logo must adhere to the IOV's brand guidelines and must be approved by the IOV in advance.
Third-Party Use
If the IOV brand is used by third-party entities, prior written approval must be obtained, and the use must clearly represent the IOV's involvement or endorsement.
Restricted Usage
The IOV brand may not be used in any manner that misrepresents or implies unauthorized affiliation or endorsement by the Institution of Valuers. It must not be used in connection with any product, service, or material that violates any law or regulation.
Legal Action
Any unauthorized use or misuse of the IOV name or logo may result in legal action for trademark infringement, violation of intellectual property rights, and damages.
